We pass on all builder pricing to our customers. If you want to find and purchase your own appliances, fixtures or flooring, we’ll use them. Our goal is to build you a high-quality home at a competitive price.
We offer two ways to financially engage us on your project. Our lump sum cost is a flat fee. Our fixed priced variable cost allows us to build your home for the best price, giving discounts if projects come in under project or ahead of schedule.
