CONSULTATION & PRELIMINARY PRESENTATION
Based on your input, Derek James Homes will establish a preliminary recommendations and present these ideas along with baseline costs for your consideration.
INTENT TO BUILD & FLAT FEE COST STRUCTURE
If we agree to move forward together, Derek James Homes charges a flat fee to cover the cost of finalizing the architectural plans and completing the engineering process.
COMPREHENSIVE ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT TO BUILD
With plans in hand, we prepare an itemized estimate. This level of detail supports the lending process and identifies areas where value-added solutions may be desired.
PHASE 2: CONSTRUCTION
Dedicated project manager, access to firm principles, quality craftsmanship, regular communication, and project updates.
PROJECT LAUNCH AND GROUNDBREAKING
