Derek James Homes got its start in 2015 on the southwest side of Houston after a series of epic storms repeatedly impacted the area we call home. We’ve remodeled, rebuilt, and raised dozens of homes for friends and neighbors in Meyerland, Westbury, Willowbend, Bellaire, and West U.
Since then, our business has grown to include other communities both inside and outside the Loop. You’ll find our work all over town. From the the Heights, Timbergrove, and Oak Forest, to Memorial, Spring Valley, and Spring Branch. On occasion our clientele will call us out to Sugarland, Katy and beyond.
